These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with FlowPlay, Inc., the operator of the 7 Seas Casino social gaming service made available via the website 7seas-ca.com, including its Canadian-facing presentation referred to as "7 Seas Casino" (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service from Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and remain in force until replaced or updated in accordance with the section "Changes to Terms" below.
Definitions

- Bonus means any promotional allocation of Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, or other in-game benefits provided by the Operator under specific conditions.
- Promotion means any time-limited or campaign-based offer, including welcome bonuses, daily rewards, tournaments, or other marketing incentives.
- Applicable Law means all laws and regulations that apply to you and to the Operator, including Canadian federal law, the law of your province or territory of residence, and the laws of Washington State and the United States to which the Operator is subject.
Account Registration
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally permitted to use the Service under the laws of your province or territory in Canada.
- The Service is a social casino offering only Virtual Currency and Virtual Items with no cash-out or real-money winnings. Even so, you must not use the Service where social gaming is prohibited by Applicable Law.
Registration Process
- To create an Account, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, date of birth, and a chosen password, or to authenticate via a third-party login (if offered).
- You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and kept up to date. The Operator may suspend or terminate Accounts with false or misleading information.

Account Security and User Obligations
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your devices. Any activity carried out under your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- You must:
- Not share your Account or password with any other person;
- Not create Accounts on behalf of anyone else;
- Notify the Operator promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
- You may have only one active Account per person for the Service. Duplicate or fraudulent Accounts may be closed, and associated Virtual Currency or Virtual Items may be forfeited.
Verification (KYC) and Compliance
- Although the Service does not provide real-money gambling, the Operator may, at its discretion and where permitted by Applicable Law, request identity or age verification documents (such as government-issued ID or proof of address) to:
- Confirm you meet age and eligibility requirements;
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or payment disputes;
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
- If you fail to provide requested verification within a reasonable time or if the Operator reasonably believes you are underage, using false details, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, your Account may be suspended or terminated.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Nature of Gameplay
- The Service is a social gaming experience. All Bets and Wagers are made using Virtual Currency or Virtual Items that have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money, credit, or prizes.
- No real-money gambling is offered or permitted on 7seas-ca.com or within the 7 Seas Casino presentation.
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- You may participate in games only if you have a sufficient balance of the relevant Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.
- Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are set per game and are displayed in the game interface. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time.
- Once a Bet is placed and accepted by the game system, it is generally irreversible. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after the outcome is determined, except in cases of an evident technical error or malfunction as determined by the Operator in its sole discretion.
- Game rules, pay tables, and other specific conditions are accessible within each game. By playing, you accept those game-specific rules.
Game Results and Malfunctions
- Game outcomes are determined by algorithms or randomization methods integrated into the software. The Operator aims to ensure fairness and accurate display of results.
- In the event of a system error, misconfiguration, or malfunction, affected games or Bets may be voided, and where appropriate the Virtual Currency or Virtual Items staked may be returned to your Account. The Operator's determination of such events is final, subject to Applicable Law.
Conduct in Games, Live Features and Chats
- You must behave respectfully in all parts of the Service, including chats, multiplayer rooms, and any live or social features. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Insults, harassment, threats, or hate speech;
- Distribution of obscene, illegal, or harmful content;
- Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation;
- Collusion, use of bots, scripts, or any unauthorized software to gain advantage;
- Attempting to manipulate game results, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Violation of these rules may result in warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent Account closure, and/or forfeiture of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, as determined by the Operator.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation
- Bonuses (including welcome offers, free coins, daily rewards, level-up rewards, and special promotions) are made available at the Operator's discretion and may require:
- Account registration and verification;
- Opt-in through the promotions page or in-game prompt;
- Entry of a bonus code or completion of a qualifying action (e.g., first purchase of Virtual Currency).
- Each Bonus is governed by specific terms stated in the relevant offer (such as eligibility, duration, and any wagering or playthrough requirements). In case of conflict, those specific terms prevail over this section.
Wagering and Timeframes
- Bonuses granted as Virtual Currency or Virtual Items may be subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager or use the Bonus a specified number of times before it is considered fully unlocked for unrestricted use in the Service.
- Some Bonuses may be limited to specific games, features, or time periods. Bonuses not used or not fully wagered within the stated timeframe may expire and be removed from your Account.
- Because the Service does not offer real-money payouts, completion of wagering requirements does not result in any cash entitlement. It only affects the way Bonus-related Virtual Currency or Virtual Items can be used in the Service.
Prohibited Actions and Abuse
- The following practices are prohibited and may result in immediate removal of Bonuses and associated Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, as well as Account suspension or closure:
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once;
- Misrepresenting identity or country of residence to access Promotions not intended for your region (including Canada-specific offers under 7 Seas Casino);
- Deliberately exploiting game or Promotion rules in a manner inconsistent with fair play;
- Transferring or attempting to transfer Bonuses or Virtual Items between Accounts.
Combining Promotions
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions cannot be combined. You may be required to complete or forfeit one Promotion before activating another.
- The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or Promotion at any time, including for individual Users, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or technical error, subject to Applicable Law.
Payments & Withdrawals
Purchases of Virtual Currency and Items
- The Service may allow you to acquire Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, including by:
- Completing in-game achievements or tasks; and/or
- Purchasing bundles through payment methods offered in the cashier or app interface (e.g., payment cards, e-wallets or other processors, as available).
- All prices, applicable taxes, and any fees will be displayed to you before you confirm a purchase. Amounts may be shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) or another currency, as indicated.
- You must be the authorized holder of the payment method used and ensure that all payment information is accurate.
No Real-Money Withdrawals
- No withdrawals of money are possible or permitted. Balances of Virtual Currency and Virtual Items:
- Are not bank accounts or stored-value instruments;
- Have no real-world monetary value;
- Cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any item of real-world value, except where required by Applicable Law.
- References to "bets", "wagers", "wins", or "payouts" within the Service relate solely to Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.
Processing, Limits and Fees
- The Operator may set minimum and maximum purchase amounts and may change them from time to time.
- Payment processing times depend on your chosen method and third-party providers. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by such providers.
- Third-party providers or your financial institution may charge additional fees, currency conversion costs, or taxes. You are responsible for such charges.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Crypto
- Except as required by Applicable Law or expressly stated otherwise, all purchases of Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.
- If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a payment, the Operator may:
- Deduct the disputed amount and associated costs from your Virtual Currency balance;
- Suspend or terminate your Account; and/or
- Seek reimbursement through lawful means.
- The Service may or may not support newer payment technologies (such as crypto-assets) at any given time. Only methods explicitly displayed in the cashier interface are available; the Operator makes no commitment to support any specific method.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability and Accuracy
- The Operator endeavours to provide a reliable and enjoyable Service but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
- Game outcomes, balances of Virtual Currency, and other information displayed within the Service are based on the underlying software and systems. In case of discrepancy between what is displayed and the Operator's internal records, the internal records will generally prevail, subject to Applicable Law.
Exclusions of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- The Operator is not liable for:
- Interruptions, delays, or failures due to network issues, third-party services, device incompatibility, or maintenance;
- Loss of data, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Items arising from technical failures, unless caused directly and solely by the Operator's gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment or time, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Maximum Liability
- Without limiting the above, and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid to the Operator in connection with the specific transaction, purchase, or in-game Bet or Wager giving rise to the claim.
- Where a claim relates to a specific Bet or Wager, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the real-money amount paid (if any) for the relevant Virtual Currency or Virtual Item used in that Bet or Wager.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer in Canada.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content and materials forming part of the Service, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names (including "7 Seas Casino"), text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
- You may not, without prior written consent from the Operator:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or its content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by Applicable Law;
- Use any automated system or software (such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access or use the Service.
- If you submit user-generated content (for example, chat messages, usernames, or avatars), you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content in connection with the Service, subject to the Privacy & Data Protection section and the Privacy Policy.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy available at https://7seas-ca.com/privacy.
- By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to the handling of your data as described therein.
- Because the Operator is based in the United States, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the USA and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your province or territory in Canada. The Operator will take appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with Applicable Law.
- Additional information about your rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of your personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
- The Operator may update or modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices.
- Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to inform you, which may include:
- Posting the updated Terms at https://7seas-ca.com/terms with a revised effective date;
- Displaying a notice or banner within the Service; and/or
- Sending an email to the address associated with your Account.
- The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the notice or on the Terms page. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request closure of your Account as described in "Termination & Suspension".
Termination & Suspension
By the User
- You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request that your Account be closed by contacting customer support at [email protected].
- Upon closure of your Account, any remaining Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, and Bonuses will be forfeited and are not refundable, except where required by Applicable Law.
By the Operator
- The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, or restrict your access to all or part of the Service, at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) where:
- You violate these Terms, game-specific rules, or any Promotion terms;
- You are suspected of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or other unlawful or improper conduct;
- There is reason to believe you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible to use the Service;
- Required by Applicable Law, a court order, or a competent authority.
- In cases of termination for cause, any Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, and Bonuses associated with your Account may be cancelled or forfeited without compensation, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
Notice and Effects of Termination
- Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you of suspension or termination by email or through the Service, explaining the main reasons, except where prohibited by law or where doing so would compromise an investigation.
- Termination or suspension does not affect any rights or obligations that:
- Have accrued up to the date of termination or suspension; or
- By their nature are intended to continue after termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and governing law and jurisdiction provisions).
- If you believe your Account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may contact support for review. The Operator will consider your request in good faith, subject to Applicable Law and its internal policies.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms, your use of the Service, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
- However, as a User in Canada, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your province or territory. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under such mandatory laws.
- In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the Operator at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts of King County, Washington, USA, or to the courts of your place of residence in Canada where required by Applicable Law. Any mandatory alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the laws of your province or territory may also be available to you.
